Basic Baseball Tips

Do you like baseball? ^^
I love baseball~!! but I've only watched baseball games not playing baseball myself.
I'd like to play baseball and someday want to join social baseball club.
I found some basic baseball tips.
It looks like for kids......but, I don't care because my baseball skills should be worse than baseball kids..^^

Oh, now, I'd like to go outside and throw the ball !!
by the way, How fast can you throw the ball?
I never checked the speed myself, but you can check your ball speed in SK Wyverns stadium. There is a pitching and batting zone for fans.

The fastest a baseball has ever been thrown, verified by a radar gun and accepted by Major League Baseball, was thrown by Aroldis Chapman a left handed relief pitcher for the Cincinnati Reds on September 25, 2010. A major league fastball goes from about 88 miles per hour on the low end up over 100 MPH on the high end. There are plenty of pitchers, particularly left handed pitchers, whose fastball doesn't get over 84 or 85 MPH. To put this in perspective, Aroldis Chapman's off speed pitch, his slider, comes in over 90 MPH.

1mph = 1.609km/h       80mph = 129km/h        95mph = 153km/h

Sometimes, I go to the batting center. It's fun for me to hit the balls.
This is a good way of blowing stress ^^
However, without proper learning, batting can be danger for your muscles or joints.
I was suffered from the pain at my rib after batting hard.
So, enjoy your batting and pitching with no pain through above instructions!
